By using LotLore you confirm you have the rights to upload and use all photographs, logos, and audio you provide. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of claims about your merchandise; LotLore does not authenticate items, certify provenance, or guarantee sales, reach, or viral results. Exports are licensed for your own shop marketing. Free-plan exports carry a discreet “Made with LotLore” attribution which paid plans remove. Subscriptions (Free, Solo $19/month, Shop $39/month) may be canceled at any time; entitlements follow the current plan limits. The service is provided as-is for this MVP; liability limitations and governing law are to be completed on counsel review before commercial launch.
